This program supports those ready to engage with work or community roles. Whether it's through a local startup or a supported employment partner, the focus is on building a lasting employment opportunity.
The following stages outline the Pathways process:

Identifying the support you need : We identify what will help you succeed. This may include training or job site visits . You will get the opportunities to develop the skills and experience you need.​

Engaging in your role: Whether it’s a job placement, community role, or small business, you’ll get hands-on experience.

Applying for any accommodations: We can help you access any support or subsidies you might need.

Building a plan for employment: Together, we’ll work on a sustainable employment plan.
