We provide guidance and support to make your participation meaningful and effective.

If you have a few hours a week, have a specific skill you enjoy sharing and wish to offer Companionship within a community inclusion activity, please let us know.

Alternatively, some participants will wish to engage through partaking in CISE Programme while volunteering over a longer and consistent period of time. This may be through Erasmus / Leargas or student placements.

Employment

If you are interetsted to further develop an awareness of diversity and inclusive opportunities in the workplace, please contact us.

Today, many businesses provide job experience or employment opportunities for job seekers requiring additional supports. International research outlines the benefits of an inclusive workplace. CISE will meet and inform potental employers and provide training or information sessions for staff.
There are local employers supporting our employment pathways who can inform new prospective employers of the options available.

Research shows that in just three years, companies that have a highly inclusive culture notice several improvements within the business and workplace.
