Trying something new and meeting other people interested in local food production.
The course will be run at Knockdrinna Dairy facility in Stonyford. The course content is delivered through practical activities and includes the history, materials, and practices of producing of Butter, Buttermilk, Yogurts, and soft cheeses. Participants are learning how to make a range of products and the essential requirements for setting up a dairy kitchen. This course is also aimed at those interested in employment within the dairy or food sector. We are looking forward to seeing and tasting the products from the dairy.
